This email was just sent out to all customers (shared and reseller software versions differ slightly):
We are scheduling an upgrade on our database server. The maintenance will be performed on 07/15/04 at approximately 2:00 - 3:00 AM EDT (GMT -04:00). During this maintenance window, MySQL will be upgraded from 4.0.18 to 4.0.20. PhpMyAdmin will also be upgraded from 2.5.5-pl1 to 2.5.7-pl1. We are scheduling a maintenance window of 15 minutes.
During this maintenance window, only the MySQL service will be unavailable. All other services, including web and mail, will be unaffected. However, if your website, or anything else, depends on MySQL services, it will be impacted. We do not anticipate any problems during or after the upgrade.
