A note from InterNAP NOC:

On May 25th at approximately 00:50 EDt, we were notified of a problem with our Level3 peering. Upon further investigation we have temporarily turned down our peering with Level3. They are currently investigating a problem in their network which is causing routing issues out of the New York area.

Customers may note sub-optimal routing to Level3 homed sites during this event, as these routes should be available via our alternate providers.

We have been advised that Level3 has resolved a problem in their network. At this time we have turned our peering with them back up, and we are receiving full routes. We will be monitoring this closely for further issues.
