I have been bugging the heck out of support recently. I usually get answers/fixes within half an hour, and many times within minutes.

I have only been here about 4 months but I am totally impressed with the level of service.

I agree that support is excellent. With the recent changes to plans, great network, and good uptime, it is hard to beat fluidhosting.
