At around 5:00PM, we lost connectivity to the switch. We are investigating the problem, but we are sure this was not due to the DDOS attack. We have Internap taking a look at the situation and we will update everybody as soon as possible.

The first link is shut down. Our second link is now picking up traffic. Internap and us are still looking into the reason why the first link is down and as to the reason why the fail over did not happen instantenously.
Traffic now flows, but we will have to turn on the first link again to see what happens.

As soon as the first link is connected, the second link goes down. We have shut down the first link. Traffic is up and is now going onto the second link. We are still investigating the problem.

The first link has been brought up. All traffic now flows normally, and importantly the incoming traffic has now flowed again through our firewall. We are still loading up the firewall rules as we speak.
The total downtime was around 15 minutes (except for some sporadic IIS behaviour for WIN2 customers due to un-filtered DDOS attack). We will calculate this downtime against our uptime guarantee.
