Thanks to Dave for keeping us all informed about the DDOS attack. I certainly understand these things happen in the hosting industry and I greatly appreciate your honesty and voluntary service credit.
I'm also glad to see you're taking steps to prevent such a problem from happening again.
So many hosting companies I've been with don't take responsibility when things go wrong. Thanks again, Dave and team. Keep up the good work.
