Server Maintenance, 02/04/05 at 2:00am EST

Dear Customer,

We are scheduling a maintenance window this coming Friday, 02/04/05 at around 2:00-3:00 AM Eastern Time (GMT -05:00). During this maintenance window, we will perform maintenance on the HSphere database and upgrade the zlib and bind packages.

The control panel and Bind (DNS server) are the only services that will be interrupted. We anticipate 60 minutes for the database maintenance and only several minutes for the bind upgrade. No complications are expected from this maintenance.

The control panel maintenance is taking longer than expected. I will need to extend the window by 60-120 minutes.

Reseller cluster maintenance completed without problems. Shared hosting is a substantially larger database and is still going.

The shared database maintenance encountered a problem and the old database had to be used again. We will reschedule this process for another time. The control panel is up and running fine now. We do apologize for the delayed downtime.
