HSphere Upgrade, Monday 01/07/05 at 2:00am EST

Dear Customer,

We are scheduling a maintenance window this coming Monday, 01/07/05 at around 2:00-3:00 AM Eastern Time (GMT -05:00). During this maintenance window, we will upgrade HSphere from 2.4.1-p6 to 2.4.2. This upgrade brings new features which can be found here:

Of particular importance, this upgrade will fix the anti-virus and anti-spam problems catch-all mail accounts have been experiencing.

The upgrade will cause the control panel to be unavailable. The unix web servers will also be restarted as a result of some of the upgrades. We anticipate 20-30 minutes for the upgrade procedure. No complications are expected from this maintenance.
