View Full Version : DNS Problems Effecting Multiple Servers

At approximately 2:40PM EST we began receiving alerts of server problems. The issue is DNS related, and we're working to resolve the issue.

The problem is effecting multiple servers, and various account classes.

After testing, and isolation the problem was found to be our network firewall. The firewall has been corrected, and services are back to normal.
