High load on Web2.

Web2 is being rebooted due to high load which caused the server to be non-responsive. Ther server should be up again soon.

[FH-Dave]

Web2 has been brought up for a while. There was delay in bringing web2 up due to non existant default route. Problem has been solved and everything should resume as normal.

We are still looking into the cause of the high load.
