This notification has been sent to all shared hosting customer:
Dear Customer,
We are scheduling maintenance work on the control panel server. This maintenance window is scheduled for this coming Tuesday, 04/12/2005 at around 4:00-5:30 AM Eastern Time (GMT -05:00).
During this maintenance window, we will perform conversion on the HSphere database from ASCII to Unicode. Also, the control panel will be unavailable for around 60 - 90 minutes.
All other services, such as web servers, database servers, and mail servers, will not be affected at all times.
Should you have any questions and/or concerns regarding this maintenance, please do not hesitate to contact us at support[at]fluidhosting.com. Please do not reply this email directly.
