Dear Valued Customer,

On Sunday April 17th at 1:00AM EDT we'll be upgrading Apache on all our Unix servers.

This upgrade will effect the control panel, web mail, and web servers. During the upgrade no mail will be lost, and POP3/IMAP/SMTP services will remain functional.

Web services will be unavailable during the upgrade, downtime should be under 10 minutes per server.

The Windows web servers, and MS SQL server will be uneffected during this process.

Sincerely,
Administrators
Fluid Hosting

Upgrades went fine on all but two servers.

The web servers, web2 and web3 are down due to problems with the upgrade.

Web3 is back up. It may go down again later if other changes need to be made.

Web2 is running, however we have SSL disabled as it's causing crashes. We're working to find the problem.

Looks like SSL on web2 is working. We're still investigating what went wrong with the upgrade.

Web2 is down again. The control panel developers are logged into the server now.

OK. Web3 is working properly now.

Web2 is still having issues.

OK. Just an update, web2 issues were resolved hours ago. So, everything is good.
