Following notice was sent to all resellers:
Dear Valued Customer,
On Friday, April 22nd at 11:00PM EDT, we'll be upgrading Apache on the reseller H-Sphere cluster. This upgrade will effect both the control panel, and the FreeBSD web servers.
During the upgrade the control panel will be unavailable, as well web services will be down on the FreeBSD servers.
The upgrade should result in less than 10 minutes of downtime per server. However, the control panel will be down a bit longer during the process. It should be back up in under 15 minutes.
