We are currently having problem with our reseller's control panel. We are working on it to bring it up as soon as possible.

The server suffered a disk/file system failure. We've gather our backup data, and are working with Positive Software to deploy a new control panel server.

We are still working with PSOFT trying to restore the CP database. We will keep everybody updated.

Our quick and temporary attempt to restore control panel service on a VPS has failed after 12 hours of work, as of 5 AM this morning.

At around 10 AM, Hary was sent to the data center with a new server. The new server was racked and installed by 3 PM. PSOFT has been notified about the new server and we are waiting for PSOFT to make a second attempt to restore control panel service.

Since we have all the important files and database backups, control panel service will be back, hopefully soon. But unfortunately, we can not give any ETA at this moment.

Reseller CP should now be available at https://204.14.88.34/. We are working to forward traffic from old IP to the new one as well as bind and forward reseller's SSL IPs.

Reseller CP service should now be fully restored. You should be able to access cp from https://cp.host80.com/ or from your own reseller CP URL. Please check and make sure everything works on your end.

I am glad that we can see closure to this problem. I can't say how deeply sorry we are for the problem and inconveniences caused by this incidence. Thank you for your patience while we work on this matter.
