The following emergency scheduled maintenance has been scheduled to all VPS customers with VPS hosted on HN1.

Note: This email notification has been sent to administrative and technical contacts. As for such, you may receive multiple copies of this email notification. Please do not reply to this email directly as your reply may not be attended to.

We are scheduling an emergency server reboot on the host server (HN1) your VPS is hosted on and you are being contacted because you have at least one VPS subscription hosted on this server. The server will be rebooted in the next 90 minutes, at around 12:01 AM Eastern Time (GMT -04:00). All VPS will be up and running again within at most 30 to 45 minutes. Some VPS will exeperience shorter downtime.

This server reboot should help fixed some anomalies experienced and reported lately by customers. We apologize for any inconveniences caused by this emergency server maintenance.

There is a connection problem between Management Node and HN1, preventing some customers to interact with their VPS through the control panel. A server reboot should solve this problem.

HN1 server is currently being rebooted, few minutes ahead of its scheduled time.

HN1 can not load Virtuozzo kernel. It's currently running on the original RedHat kernel and being fsck-ed. FSCK may take a while, and hopefully it will be able to load Virtuozzo kernel after this.

The problem with HN1 has been fixed by around 3:30 AM. The server was restarted several times during this period.
