The following email has been sent to all Shared Hosting Customers.

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to schedule a maintenance work on our Control Panel server. This maintenance work will be performed Saturday, 09/17/2005 at 11:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT -04:00). During this maintenance window, we will upgrade HSphere from version 2.4.3 Patch 2 to the newest 2.4.3 Patch 4 version.

This upgrade will apply fixes/patches as well as bring new features and improvements, such as:
- Update WebShell to version 4.2.8
- Update HSphere mail service
- Upgrade IMP/Horde to 3.0.5 and SqWebMail to 5.0.4
- Update IMAP server.
- And many other fixes

During this maintenance window, only the Control Panel server will be affected. We anticipate no interruption on other services: web, mail, and database. The support ticket system may also be affected during this maintenance window.

HSphere has been successfully upgraded to 2.4.3 Patch 4. Mail serivces have been successfully upgraded as well. So far everything seems to be running well.
