The following email notification has been sent to all shared hosting customers
Note: Please do not reply to this email directly as you reply will not be attended to. Please direct your reply to support[at]fluidhosting.com.
Dear Valued Customers,
This email is to notify of the next upcoming scheduled maintenance window that we will be performing tomorrow, Sunday, 09/18/2005 at around 10 PM Eastern Time (GMT -04:00).
During this maintenance window, we will upgrade Apache and PHP on all UNIX web servers and all mail servers. Apache will be upgraded from version 1.3.33-4 to version 1.3.33-7. PHP will be upgraded from version 4.3.11 to version 4.4.0. As part of the upgrade procedure, web services for your websites (UNIX customers only) and web mails (all customers) will be temporarily unavailable as apache will need to be stopped and restarted. Other than inaccessible web mails for the duration of the upgrade, mail servers will still be delivering and receiving emails as normal. No other services will be interrupted.
No other complications are expected and we only estimate about 5-15 minutes of service interruption per server.
