The following notice was sent to all customers.
Dear Valued Customer,
On Saturday, Oct. 8th at 11:00PM EST we'll be upgrading our MySQL servers to version 4.0.26. This update addresses a few recently corrected bugs in MySQL. The expected downtime for the update is about 5 minutes per MySQL server.
NOTE: The only services which will be effected by this update, are MySQL and webmail. (Webmail uses MySQL for configuration storage.)
