Dear Valued Customer,

This email is to notify you of the upcoming scheduled maintenance window which will be performed on Sunday, Oct. 9th at 11:00PM Eastern Time. During this maintenance window, we'll be upgrading H-Sphere to version 2.4.3 Patch 5. This update is meant to resolve bugs in the H-Sphere software, and to update various components it utilizes.

This update will effect several functions, including: control panel, webmail, POP3, and SMTP. During the update those functions will be down, however we expect overall downtime to be less than 15 minutes. (Each service's downtime should be much less.)

NOTE: This update will not effect website, ftp, or database availability. Those services will remain functional during the process.

Please do not hesitate to contact us at support@fluidhosting.com should you have any further questions/concerns regarding this scheduled maintenance work.

Sincerely,
System Administrators,
Fluid Hosting, LLC

We've currently run into an issue with web3, where it won't start with SSL enabled. We've contacted the developers about this, issue.

In the meantime, we've started Apache without SSL support.

OK. We're running with SSL support now. I'm still waiting for some feedback from Positive Software about the issue, as it doesn't appear we're alone in having this rather odd problem.
