At around 4:14 PM Eastern Time (GMT -04:00), we lost power to our core switch and router in EQUINIX. This caused BGP routings table to flap, causing our network/equipments in EQUINIX to be unreachable by some customers/ISPs. We are working with our upstream providers to reset the full BGP routes again.

Until the full BGP routes are re-established/reset, the following services may be intermittent/not working for you: mail services, Control Panel, and mysql2/pgsql2. Forums may also be intermittent/not working as well.

Equinix Dedicated, Colo and VPS customers are also affected. Internap VPS and Reseller customers are not affected.

BGP are established again. We are still working to optimize routes.

shared hosting mail1 server seems to still have problem. We are working on this too.

Other than shared hosting mail1 service, all shared hosting services should be up and running. Connectivity to Equinix Dedicated and Colo customers should have been resumed now.

Please report here or to support[at]fluidhosting.com should you still experience any problem.

Shared hosting mail1 service should be up and running now. It may be a bit slow in the beginning as a lot of customers are trying to check their emails at the same time.

All services should have resumed normal. Please report here or to support[at]fluidhosting.com should you still experience any anomaly/problem.

We were just been made aware that one of the VPS hardware node in Equinix is still off. We are working into this.
