At approximately 9:36AM ET, internal monitors detected HTTP service failure on web3. We are presently working with the developers to locate the cause of the problem.

The control panel developer has fixed the issue, and apache is running now since 11:23 pm EST. Please accept our sincerest apology for the inconvenience caused by the downtime.
