We will be rebooting our core switch in Equinix Secaucus data center in the next 15-30 minutes. The software on the core switch is being upgraded to its newer image version. This downtime should only last about 5-10 minutes or even less. Services/servers residing in the Equinix data center will be affected. Other services will not be affected.
All colocation and dedicated servers customers in Equinix will be affected. And the following will also be affected:
Shared Hosting customers:
- All mail servers
- CP Server
- MySQL2/PgSQL2 server
- Forums
- NS3
VPS customers:
- Hardware Node #5
Shared Hosting Reseller customers:
- none affected
We expect no complication due to this reboot. All services should resume normal within 5-10 minutes or even less.
