Scheduled Maintenance: Mail Server update, Sunday Nov. 13th at 11:00PM

Dear Valued Customer,

This email is to notify you of the upcoming scheduled maintenance window which will be performed on Sunday, Nov. 13th at 11:00PM Eastern Time. During this maintenance window, we'll be upgrading H-Sphere's mail server components to correct the e-mail whitelisting issue in the spam filter.

This update will effect access to SMTP, POP3, IMAP, and Webmail. During the update those functions will be down, however we expect overall downtime to be less than 5 minutes.

NOTE: This update will not effect website, ftp, control panel, or database availability. Those services will remain functional during the process.
