We are currently having problems on our control panel and our own web site, due to the recent upgrade performed by the psoft.
We are working with psoft to rectify this situation at the moment. Access to control panel is unavailable in the mean time.
All other services (web servers, database servers, and email server) are unaffected.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

is this also affecting reseller accounts? Recent accounts are not working as expected when trying to get to webmail page.

Greg,
Reseller accounts are working fine.
I received your email regarding your newly transferred site, I can see them just fine. I think you need to wait for the DNS to refresh itself on your end.
Or try using the instant alias

But the sites themselves are fine. It is only when I try to enter the mail.prosser.ca subdomain that I get the error. I thought, perhaps wrongly, that if the domain had propagated the subdomains would be there too.
Hey, I've been wrong before.

Greg,
I can access mail.prosser.ca
I can reach mail.prosser.ca but not mail.mydomain.com (mydomain.com being my own domains) Mail seems to be processing and retrievable by clients such as outlook, ePrompter, etc.

What is the best way to contact support now while the fluidhosting.com site is down. I have a trouble ticket still in and without my access databases being readable, my client's site judicialeducator.com site is virtually unusable.
I can't even find a phone number to call unfortunately.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Darrell

The control panel server is back online. However, we may bring it offline again, for some maintenance.
