Some important changes and/or clarifications introduced with the new MSA:

1. 30 day money back policy
We now explicitly offers the 30 day money back guarantee policy only for Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and VPS customers. We explicitly excludes Collocation and Dedicated Server customers.

Furthermore, the 30 day money back guarantee policy only applies to customer who signs up with monthly contract. Those who initially sign up with longer term contract will automatically void the 30 day money back guarantee offer. We offer the 30 day money back guarantee as complimentary service so new customers can test our service with full confidencen. And thus, for the testing purpose, it does not make sense for new customers to sign up with long term contract. We believe if you want to test our service, you should initially enter the service with monthly contract first. Once you are confidence with our service, then you can have a long term contract/prepayments and benefits from our discounts.

The first day on this 30 day period is counted from the day the account/service is activated.

2. All prepayment is considered a contract.
Customers may choose to prepay for service 3, 6, 12 or even 24 months in advance. In returns, we give discounts of 10%, 15%, 20% and 30% respectively. While in the past, we simply say that all paid hosting is not refundable, we stress out now that all prepayment is equal to entering a contract. Thus, if you prepay for 3 months, you agree to be bound with the contract for 3 months and so on.

3. All contracts are automatically renewed.
In order to make avoid service interruptions, all contract will be automatically renewed. We do not have such clause in the past. Although renewing monthly contract is deem normal, we have customers objected to their quaterly, semi-annually or other longer term contract be renewed automatically. This might be understandable since customer may be surprised with the sudden large sump charge for long term contract. However, we find it necessary to renew the contract automatically to ensure continuation of service, be the contract montly or quaterly, or even annually, etc.

4. Contract termination clause.
We require 30 days written advance notification for customers who wish not to have their contract renewed automatically at the end of the contract expiration date. With such notification, customer can choose to terminate the contract or simply change the contract to shorter term, etc.

5. Clause about changing contract.
Customer who enters a long term contract should know that when they want to change service/plans, the value of the new contract should be at least equal to the value of the contract being replaced.
