Dear Valued Customer,
As you may know, we've recently begun to experience stability problems with our new web servers. After researching the problem, we've determined that the issue appears to be caused by the operating system itself.
Through research, we've gathered enough information, which should allow us to make the appropriate adjustments to the operating system, that should restore stability.
On Saturday, Dec. 31st at 12:05AM EST, we will make the needed the changes, and reboot the web servers resulting in 5 minutes of downtime. This downtime will only effect website, and FTP availability. Mail, database, and control panel services will remain operational.
Should you have any questions/concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@fluidhosting.com.
Sincerely,
Fluid Hosting
