The following maintenance work has been scheduled for all shared hosting customers. Email notification has been sent to all shared hosting customers as well.
PS: Please do not reply to this email directly as your reply will not be attended to. Instead, please direct your questions/concerns to support[at]fluidhosting.com.
Dear Valued Customers,
This email is to notify you of the upcoming scheduled maintenance window which will be performed on Tuesday, 02/07/2006. The maintenance work will start at 3:30 AM Eastern Time (GMT -05:00). During this maintenance window, HSphere will be upgraded to the latest version, 2.4.3 Patch 9. We will use this opportunity to upgrade our DNS servers to the latest BIND 9.3.1 version.
We estimate the Control Panel service to be down for about 60 minutes during the HSphere upgrade. No service interruption is expected from the DNS upgrade as we have multiple name servers. No other services (Web, FTP, database, and mail) will be affected during this upgrade.
