The following was sent several days ago to customers on VPS node hn5. If you didn't receive the notice, then it most likely doesn't apply to you.
Dear Valued Customer,
This email is to notify you of the upcoming IP re-numbering of your VPS on February
16th, at 11:00PM ET. At that time, the IP address(es) of your VPS will be changed to
those that are directly allocated to us by ARIN (the organization responsible for IP
allocation in North America). This process may result in downtime, which should be
under 30 minutes.
As long as your sites are using our name servers, ns1/ns2.fluidvps.com, you will
have nothing to do. The name servers will automatically be updated with your new IP
information. If you are using third-party DNS, or running your own name servers,
then you will need to manually update your DNS.
If you would like to know what your new IP(s) will be, or have any questions please
contact support[at]fluidhosting.com.
Sincerely,
System Administrators
