Windows Update Maintenance. Saturday, 03/04/2006 at 6:00 AM ET (GMT -05:00)

The following maintenance notification has been sent to all Windows shared hosting customers.


Dear Customers,

This email is to notify you of the upcoming scheduled maintenance window which will be performed this coming Saturday, 03/04/2006. The maintenance work will start at 6:00 AM Eastern Time (GMT -05:00). During this maintenance window, we will apply all of the latest patches/updates from Microsoft. After which, all Windows servers will be rebootedas the reboot is necessary to apply all of the patches/updates installed.

All Windows services (Web/FTP and MSSQL) will be affected by this servers reboot. We estiamte no more than 5-10 minutes of service interruption for each server reboot. No other services (Mail servers, MySQL/PgSQL database servers, and Unix Web servers) will be affected and we expect no other complications from this maintenance work.

Currently all Windows servers are done with all updates and running, except we are having some issue with win3.fluidhosting.com. We are working on getting win3.fluidhosting.com up as soon as possible.

The issue with win3.fluidhosting.com has been resolved.

All Windows servers (Web and MSSQL) are up-to-date with the latest update from Microsoft and currently up and running now.
