Dear Valued Customer,

This e-mail is to notify you of the upcoming scheduled maintenance to be performed on Wednesday, April 5th at 3:00AM Eastern Time (GMT -05:00). You are being contacted because you have domains served on this mail server. During this maintenance window, we'll be migrating mail1.fluidhosting.com to a new server with a RAID1 setup. With RAID1, all data written to one drive will be mirrored/replicated to another drive in real time, making the mail server more resilient towards drive failure. In the event of disk failure, the mail server will continue to function without data loss.

During this maintenance window, e-mail services (webmail, POP3, IMAP, and SMTP) will be unavailable for 30 minutes. All other services, such as database, web site, DNS, and control panel will remain functional during this maintenance window.

Please do not hesitate to contact us at support[at]fluidhosting.com should you have any further questions/concerns regarding this scheduled maintenance work.

Sincerely,
System Administrators,
Fluid Hosting, LLC
