Scheduled Maitenance: NS1 and NS3 migration. Monday, April 10th, 2006 at 5:00 AM EDT

The following notification has been sent to all Shared Hosting customers:

Dear Valued Customer,

This e-mail is to notify you of the upcoming scheduled maintenance to be performed on Monday, April 10th, 2006 at 5:00AM EDT (GMT -04:00). During this maintenance window, our nameservers ns1.fluidhosting.com and ns3.fluidhosting.com will be migrated to their own dedicated servers. For your information, ns1.fluidhosting.com will be kept on-site and ns3.fluidhosting.com will be moved off-site to our rack in Telehouse data center in Manhattan, New York City.

During this maintenance window, Control Panel service will be down for about 30 minutes. We will keep ns2.fluidhosting.com operational at all time and will only migrate ns1.fluidhosting.com and ns3.fluidhosting.com one at a time. For this reason, there should be no other service interruptions expected; HTTP, FTP, Database and Mail services will be operational during this maintenance window.

This migration involves a change of IP for both ns1.fluidhosting.com and ns3.fluidhosting.com. If you are using our name servers, there should be nothing you need to do. If you are masking our name servers, please make sure that you update the name servers with the new IPs.

Before the migration:
ns1.fluidhosting.com IP: 204.14.93.198
ns3.fluidhosting.com IP: 204.14.88.20

After the migation:
ns1.fluidhosting.com IP: 204.14.90.10
ns3.fluidhosting.com IP: 209.191.137.253

This email is to update you regarding the scheduled migration work on NS1 and NS3 services. The migration was started and executed as planned. No service interruption was detected during the migration. The migration was completed by 5:20 AM Eastern Time (GMT -04:00).

NS1 new IP is 204.14.90.10 and NS3 new IP is 209.191.137.253 (offsite). If you are using our name servers, then there should be nothing you need to do.
