Is there staff available 24hrs to answer questions/e-mails/tech. support?

We always try to cover 24hr especially since we sleep at different hours.

Thanks for reply.

Reason i asked is i signed up for an account yesterday ( around 4pm British time ) and your autoresponce said once my credit card details were checked i would get access to my account.

As i have still not recieved the relevant e-mail from you i was wondering how long this process takes.

Also i am running windows 98 on my computer and have only just noticed that it was a unix account i have signed up for. Have i signed up for the wrong type of account.

Any help appreciated.

Regarding hosting, it doesn't matter if you use Windows and host on Unix. In fact most people who host their sites on unix probably run Windows as their desktop.

If you use ASP then you must use Windows. If it's just html then unix / windows doesn't make any difference. Unix file names are case sensitive that's about the only thing you probably need to be aware of.
