how long does it take to answer e-mails?

Around 2 hours ago i replied to an e-mail concerning my account setup. As yet no reply.

Been trying to set up my account since yesterday ( 4pm British time ).

Can you tell us what your support ticket number is? I can't seem to find one that originates from your email address. Although we do try our best to validate signups and activate them any time, we can only promise to do so during business hours. However, at this moment I can't seem to find your ticket.
