We sent out an email notification for a mail server move last Monday. The move was commenced on schedule, on Wednesday 09/24/2003 at around 2 AM local time (GMT -4:00). There was a litle bit complication that prolonged the move. Since around 8:00 AM local time (GMT -4:00), both POP3/SMTP servers had been working. You should be able to retrieve/send email using mail.fluidhosting.com (66.150.201.72) as your POP3/SMTP servers. There are still some additional problems that need to be fixed:
- Webmail programs, both through http://mail.fluidhosting.com/ or through your control panel, on the new server are not working at this moment. You can try to use Horde IMP on the old mail server, and that seems to be working. You can use this webmail, http://66.150.201.71/horde/index.php, temporarily.
- POP3S/SSMTP are not working yet. We are working to fix this issue. At this moment, you can use POP3/SMTP temporarily.
- We have received reports from several people that the mail server is timing out.
We are working our best to bring everything back as soon as possible.
