I'm not sure what's happening but getting support has been a bit difficult for me. This is the second time I've had no response to a tech request. I know the turnaround here is much shorter than most, but I believed the 24/7/365 which was a major reason I chose fluid hosting. I know there are few problems with this service, but if tech support is truly only available during specific hours, please let me know so I don't sit around waiting.

How long did you wait?

Normally they answer within a few hours... if not a few minutes (sometimes). Guess it is important to know we are not the only customers they have, so our tickets are answered in turn.

Tech support is available 24/7. Tickets are processed in the order they are received, and the level of urgency.
