The following notice was sent to resellers:

Dear Valued Customer,

Recently we added support for reseller's to take advantage of our shared SSL certificate on new accounts. However, in order to take advantage of this, we had to change the "Shared IP Tag" on our newest servers. This means, that the old shared IP tag has been disabled, and no new signups can be activated on that IP tag.

As a result of this new IP tag, you'll need to generate new hosting plans, or copy existing plans in order to use the new IP tag. On the new plans, please set your Shared IP tag to 20. In addition, if you haven't recently updated your Server Aliases, you'll need to do so. This option can be found under the "E. Manager" menu.

Once you have made these changes, accounts activated using your new plans, will be able to utilize the anonymous shared SSL certificate for myhsphere.cc.
