I've been with Fluid for years and always appreciated the rapid support (not that I have had to use it very often, but it was nice to know it was there). I see that "24/7/365 support" is still advertised on the home page, however today is Sunday and the Live Chat is dead and no response to my urgent ticket updates for hours so far.

Is the 24/7/365 support no longer a reality? What are the actual support hours these days? It's no fun to have all my sites down and no one to contact.

We do offer 24/7 support via ticket. Our live chat and phone support is only offered Monday - Friday 8AM to Midnight ET.

If you'd like, I can check into what happened with your ticket if you private message me the ticket number.

i'm disappointed with this also. the chat was handy. what response time should we expect outside of the Online/Phone: M-F, 8AM - Midnight ET hours?
