According to the Unix comparison matrix, the following are available Pre-Purchased

Web Space $0.20/mb
Bandwidth $3/gb

Are the prices different if the additional resources are not pre-purchased prior to the overage ocurring?

The order form terms & conditions don't seem to discuss this.
