Maintenance, Tuesday 12/09/2003: Mail Server memory upgrade

Dear Customer,

We will upgrade our mail server's memory upgrade in between 7am EST (GMT -5) to 8am EST. The mail server will be down only for short period of time about 10-15 minutes.

We apologize for the inconvenience of the unscheduled notice and the down time. We hope this upgrade will improve our service.

The memory upgrade will be postponed for next time because of hardware conflict/problem; the mail server refused to reboot itself with the new memory.

Mail server is working, although we have noticed that SqWebMail webmail is refusing logins now. We are looking into this as we speak at this moment and hopefully will be able to fix this shortly. Until then, you can use the other two webmail alternatives:
1. IMP/Horde: http://mail.fluidhosting.com/horde/index.php
2. SquirrelMail: http://mail.fluidhosting.com/squirrelmail/src/login.php

SqWebMail login problem should be fixed now. Let us know still experience any other problems/difficulties.
