FTP Upload Resume Support

We have enabled this feature for those who sometimes upload big files and got time out. This would be handy for people on slow connection.

Thanks Jim. Excellant idea! I don't have a slow connection, but as you once worked out for me, I did experience upload timeouts at on 1 instance. Resume would have worked GREAT.
