Looking to buy now but some issues

Alright, we have moved our date to purchase from May to now. The only problem is my situation is a little delicate involving a couple urls and a testing phase where 1 month we want to use our 'c' url and then afterwards eventually change over the 'a' url.

If one of the staff will email me their email address I can try to make this much clearer--I don't want to give out the testing url publicly. =)
