Short downtime on Win1 and Alpha

This is an unscheduled maintenance. We will perform a server swap on both win1 (windows server, 66.150.196.66) and alpha (unix server, 66.150.196.125). Win1 will be replaced by an identical server, and Alpha will be replaced by a new server. The swap will be perform now, and it should last for only 5-10 minutes.

Alpha is already up. We perform a thourough hard drive check on Win1 and it may take a while longer.

Win1 is now up, after a very length disk check. Hopefully the disk check and the server swap will solve the problem on win1 lately.
