OK

All servers go down from time to time.....what matters is what is done about it. The following example is from last evening.

8:14 E Mail Sent to Support Telling of CGI issues.
8:32 Received reply from support "Looking into the matter"
8:45 Critical Alert posted to the Fluidhosting message board, and sent to all subscribers of the thread.
8:47 Received reply from support "Issues are resolved, looking into the cause"



Support just does not get any better than that.....

Same here. When we had the level 3 problems (I believe it was level 3 problems)... anyway, jim was on MS IM and I was able to contact him right away. For the past 7 years of hosting I've never been with a company that you could contact someone that fast. It was on a Saturday or Sunday (don't remember which) at 3 in the morning. Amazing.
