VPS1 is down

At around 12:16 PM EST, VPS1 is down/unreachable. We are currently working on this to bring the server back up again. Only our VPS customers hosted on VPS1 is affected. All other VPS, shared, resellers, dedicated, colo cusomters are not affected.

We will keep everybody updated.

Just a quick update. VPS1 is still doing fsck at this moment.

VPS1 has been brought up. Majority of the VPSes are up and running. The rest is still being started. If your VPS is still not running within the next 30 minutes or so, please contact support[at]fluidhosting.com.

We have swapped the server to a different server and we will keep monitoring the server. I am truely sorry for this downtime. In accordance to our SLA, you will be entitled for a service credit due to this unplanned downtime. Everybody affected will be contacted shortly.
