Scheduled Maintenance on WEB2, Sunday 05/16/2004, 07:00 PM EDT (GMT -04:00)

The following maintenance work has been scheduled. Email notification has been sent to all shared hosting customers.


Dear Valued Customer,

We are scheduling a maintenance window on one of our UNIX web server, WEB2/Graviton (66.150.201.81) on Sunday, 05/16/2004 at 07:00 PM EDT (GMT -04:00). During this maintenance window, we will add/mount a bigger hard drive to the server and move all users home directories to this new hard drive. This maintenance work will only affect web services fro customers hosted on WEB2/Graviton. If the IP of your domains are in the range of 66.150.201.74 - 66.150.201.90 and 66.150.196.1 - 66.150.196.63, then you will be affected by this maintenance work. The maintenance work should take around 15-30 minutes. No other customers and services will be affected.

This maintenance has been performed as scheduled. We have successfully mounted additional hard drive and there was no unexpected problems/difficulties.

To free up some space on the main hard drive some customers will be moved to this new hard drive; this will be done at later time. Within the next 48 hours, we will contact each customer whose home directory we will move to the new hard drive.
