I'm interested in your Windows shared hosting. But first, I have a few questions for you.

With the light account, are there really 3 domains (different websites) included or do we have to pay the 2$/month add-on?

How many people are on your customer support team?

Included in the Light plan is support for 3 domains. Beyond that, it's $2/mo each.

At the moment, we have 5 people on our support team.
