In order for our H-Sphere installation to be PCI Compliant, we are required to disable Non-HTTPS access to H-Sphere. What this means, is that you'll need to either use a self-signed/temporary certificate or purchase an SSL certificate for your control panel. A temporary SSL certificate, and CSR can be generated by going to E. Manager > CP SSL Manager within your control panel.

We will disable Non-HTTPS access to the control panel on Friday, November 6. Please have your certificate installed by then.

Recently we added support for reseller's to take advantage of our shared SSL certificate on new accounts. However, in order to take advantage of this, we had to change the "Shared IP Tag" on our newest servers. This means, that the old shared IP tag has been disabled, and no new signups can be activated on that IP tag.

As a result of this new IP tag, you'll need to generate new hosting plans, or copy existing plans in order to use the new IP tag. On the new plans, please set your Shared IP tag to 20. In addition, if you haven't recently updated your Server Aliases, you'll need to do so. This option can be found under the "E. Manager" menu.

Once you have made these changes, accounts activated using your new plans, will be able to utilize the anonymous shared SSL certificate for myhsphere.cc.
