Can't submit a ticket
I am trying to submit a ticket and I keep getting an error 504 Gateway Time-out. Then I tried using the online chat, which is supposed to be covered 24 hours a day according to the Our Hours page, and nobody is responding. I thought maybe there is an email address so I could send an email, so I clicked on the contact us link and that gives a 404 Not Found error. It's after hours so I can't call.
Fortunately it's not a pressing issue, but this is totally ridiculous. How are we supposed to contact support after hours?
