Dear Valued Customer,

On December 17, at 8:00PM ET we'll be terminating our upstream connection with Bandcon. We are currently seeking out a replacement provider, however until that time comes, we'll be relying on Internap for our connectivity. Our replacement for Bandcon should be installed within the next 30 to 60 days, at which time our network will be a blend of Internap and our new provider.

Please do not hesitate to contact us by opening a ticket from your account's control panel should you have any further questions/concerns.

Sincerely,
John Yocum
IT Manager

To the Steadfast customers who are concerned about standards and service: you may well be pleasantly surprised with the standards and service here. I've been a client for about two and a half years, and have absolutely no complaints.

All our customers are provided with control panel with support ticket system built into it and we prefer to have support requests posted there. This is to make sure that we are talking about the right account and to verify that the support request comes from authorized person.

It is aggravating.... and so many people have told you guys/gals that already.

Not that you "prefer" it is that you "make" people put in a ticket via the control panel.

In the world today, I can't say that makes sense. :dunno:
