A suggestion, though: Keep your customers better informed. There was an outage a while back without any update on what's going on. Same thing today with the expired SSL...

OK, the issue was with the max number of server...

OK, the issue was with the max number of server connections to cache. I reduced the number from 5 to 1 and now it's working.

Thanks, but IMAP still isn't working. I wonder why. Regular POP and SMTP work fine behind this firewall, just not IMAP.

Do you already know what the new hostnames will be, i.e. whether *.steadfast.net will be *.fluidhosting.com, etc.? If so, can we already start using them or do we have to wait for the final migration...
