I'm also an ex-Steadfast customer. My thoughts:

1) Tech support is quick. I haven't had to use it much yet, and that's good, but so far questions have been answered quickly.

2) My sites are fast. You wouldn't expect it from this forum, which is annoyingly slow, but my sites are.

3) I wish FH would communicate better about downtimes, the SF migration plan being put on hold, certs expiring, etc. Being left in the dark and having to ask what's up isn't nice.
